The Sentinel is a real-time character created for the Police faction in Decimated, a dystopian sci-fi multiplayer game developed by Fracture Labs.

Built with 30k triangles and rendered in Unreal Engine 5, this model was designed to blend tactical realism with futuristic design. The armor features angular hard-surface plating, glowing elements, and clean tactical shapes that reflect its role as a high-tech law enforcement unit.

I used PBR textures with layered grime, scratches, and normal details to give it a realistic, battle-worn appearance. The dark metal base contrasts with neon yellow accents, reinforcing the character’s authoritative and aggressive visual language. The broad, modular silhouette was designed to feel solid and powerful—ready for patrols or urban warfare in a post-apocalyptic setting.
